Each individual player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. vw180 uses advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, vw180 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances, including deposited funds, at its sole discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must choose a strong, unique password and must not share your credentials with any third party. vw180 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You agree to notify vw180 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. vw180 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting vw180 customer support. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. vw180 reserves the right to close any Account at its discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or as required by applicable regulations.
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on the vw180 Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied, and no currency conversion fees are charged by vw180. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside vw180's control and are your sole responsibility.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. Bank transfer deposits are typically confirmed within 1–5 minutes. E-wallet deposits are credited instantly in most cases.
Withdrawal requests are processed by vw180 within an average of under three minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit unless an exception is approved by the vw180 compliance team. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction may be subject to limits as communicated within your Account dashboard.
vw180 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is particularly applicable to first withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or where the compliance team has identified a need for additional verification. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal being held until verification is completed.
You may not use the vw180 cashier for any purpose other than depositing funds to play and withdrawing winnings. Using vw180 as a vehicle for money transfers between third parties, or depositing and withdrawing funds without any material gaming activity in between (so-called "pass-through" transactions), constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant financial authorities.
Funds Security: Member funds held on the vw180 Platform are maintained in accounts that are operationally segregated from vw180's corporate operating funds. This ensures that player balances are protected independently of vw180's business operations.
From time to time, vw180 offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
vw180 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit from bonus funds, using automated software to exploit bonus structures, and misrepresenting your identity or location to qualify for restricted promotions. Where bonus abuse is detected, vw180 will void all associated bonuses and winnings and may close the Account permanently.
vw180 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred to existing players who have opted in and met qualifying conditions. Seasonal promotions — including those tied to Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, BRI Liga 1 fixtures, and Champions League campaigns — are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion.
All sports bets placed on vw180 are subject to the sportsbook rules applicable to each market, including the rules governing mix parlay (accumulator) bets and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets. In the event of a dispute regarding a settled bet, the decision of vw180's trading team is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in Section 11. vw180's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vw180 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure described in Section 11.4 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of vw180's licensing jurisdiction.
